This section is aimed at those who want to go beyond learning about the faith and begin experiencing what the Church offers, including inactive churchgoers looking for a place to find rest and peace, to call home or to experience a community with whom they can worship, as well as actice Catholics wanting to engage even more with their faith.
"Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart, and you will find rest for yourselves." (Mt. 11:28-29) To experience Christ through shared prayer, action, and community is to find the divine rest that so many seek today.
This section allows people to experience what the Catholic Church of the Joliet Diocese has to offer those willing to step our of their faith, to accept Christ's invitiation to "come" - to find rest, to find people, to find opportunities to grow in their relationship with Christ and the People of God in the Catholic Church.
